Slovenia 2014: 600th anniversary of the coronation of Barbara of Cilli

In 2014, Slovenia will celebrate the 600th anniversary of the coronation of Barbara of Cilli to German queen.
After being crowned to queen of Hungaria in 1406 and queen of Germany in 1414, she received the title of Empress as well. IN 1437, she became queen of Bohemia (currently a part of the Czech Republic). After the death of her husband, Emperor Sigrismund, she was occupied with occult sciences and alchemia. She died in 1451 in the Bohemian Meinik because of the plague.
